Both use the same vehicle class and both are shared rides. The difference is the time slot: Economy is for daytime departures (09:00–22:00), EcoNight for overnight and early-morning rides (22:00–09:00). EcoNight is priced higher (from 44 990 Ft vs. Economy from 29 990 Ft) due to the nighttime hours.

No. The quoted price covers everything: luggage, fuel, motorway tolls, and the driver. The agreed amount is the final price.
