Accessibility statement
We aim to make airport transfer information and online booking usable independently by as many people as possible. Our development work follows WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Conformance status
The website has been partially evaluated. We do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance: technical fixes and automated checks do not replace manual evaluation of every applicable requirement.
WCAG 2.2 — W3CAccessibility features
- A skip link and keyboard navigation.
- Visible focus indicators, labelled form fields and text error messages.
- Focus management between booking steps and after successful submission.
- Support for the reduced motion preference.
Evaluation limitations
A comprehensive screen reader evaluation is still required. The external security challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile), embedded third-party content and grant documents displayed as images require separate evaluation. If you encounter barriers, please contact us for assistance.
Assistance and feedback
If you cannot access content or complete a booking, we can help by phone or email. When reporting an issue, include the page address, a description of the problem and, if possible, the browser or assistive technology used.
